This includes placing speed and incline control buttons on the handlebars so that you don't have to remove your hands from the handlebars to control the speed or incline, using 8 bumpers in the deck suspension to evenly absorb the impact of the foot strike and provide a firm push off at the end of each step and it includes incline programs that allow you to preset the time or distance of your workout while the treadmill automatically varies the incline over the course of the program.
